Chemical composition: Carbon (C) content is 0.36%~0.48%, Silicon (Si) ≤0.60%, Manganese (Mn) ≤0.80%, Sulfur (S) ≤0.030%, Phosphorus (P) ≤0.035%, Chromium (Cr) content 12.00%~14.00%, Nickel (Ni) allowed ≤0.60%.
 
- Performance characteristics: It has high hardness and wear resistance. In the pre-hardened state, hardness is generally 28-32 HRC, making it suitable for direct mold processing and effectively reducing mold production cycles. It also has certain corrosion resistance, with strong resistance to nitric acid and organic acids. Additionally, 4Cr13H has good dimensional stability in heat treatment, as well as excellent machinability and polishability.
